We’re pleased to announce new initiatives designed to promote equitable access and inclusivity in academic publishing.

1. 50% APC Discount

Authors affiliated with institutions located in UN-recognized Least Developed Countries (LDCs) are eligible for a 50% discount on Article Processing Charges (APC).

• All co-authors must be based in LDCs.
• Valid institutional proof is required at the time of submission.

2. 100% APC Waiver

A full APC waiver will be granted for research papers submitted in 2025 where the corresponding author is ranked among the world’s top 2% most cited scientists (as listed by Stanford/Elsevier or an equivalent credible source).

• Supporting documentation must be provided upon submission.

2.1. One-Time Free Publication Opportunity

Each eligible top 2% most cited author or group of authors may publish one paper free of charge (100% APC waiver) during 2025 as part of this initiative.
