The Journal of Meat and Poultry (JMP) is an Open-Access Journal providing information pertaining to meat sciences. It is a suitable channel for the publication of papers deal in quality of meat, nutritional value, wholesomeness and consumer acceptability. Manuscripts containing the reports of experimentation or research in field meats and poultry will be accepted for review as papers. It is known for its promptness in the publication of manuscripts which meet the general criteria of scientific excellence.
